So Proud of Our Rozzy Roz!!!!

Jake and I are so incredibly proud of Roslyn Ann for completing her first year of dance.
It was pure joy to see how happy and excited she was on Sunday at her recital!

I gave her a red rose prior to leaving for the recital - she loved it.

Thank you to Roslyn's Godmother Rhonda and Mya and Neely for coming to support Roz on Sunday!

Also a big thanks to Isabel for making the trip to come and watch the recital.

On our way to the recital - can you tell Roz was just a tad pumped up?!

Thanks to Papa Larry and Gma Carol who made the trip up to St. Cloud for the recital, it was special to have them there as well!

I was in complete tears watching Roslyn perform her first tap dance on the big stage.
When the song got over, I looked over at Jake. With tears in his eyes, he whispered to me, "If I'm this emotional at her first dance recital - how am I going to be feeling on her wedding day?"
That made me hold back even more tears!

Roz was born to be on stage!

Roslyn was definitely in her eliment on stage - hope we can continue to put her in dance in the future.

One happy 4-year-old when we picked up Roslyn after the recital was over.

 So proud of her!

Committing to a full year of dance for a 3/4 year-old is a lot - crazy busy nights, stressful driving to get her to practice on time, working 2nd and 3rd jobs to pay for her dance - but it really was all worth it on Sunday to see how happy Roslyn was!
Jake and I have an entirely new appreciation for our parents who provided us with unlimited extra curricular activities growing up!

This photo says it all - what a jam-packed weekend of activities and emotions running high! Roslyn crashed on the way home from her recital - picture perfect with her rose in hand.
