Another Milestone Reached for Roslyn!

Our determined little Rozzy Ann decided over 2 weeks ago that she was going to take her training wheels off the day after Catfish Derby Days!
With incredible patience from Jake, Roslyn was biking on two wheels in just over 30 minutes!
So proud of this lil' lady!

Jake the Teacher.
Almost has it figured out.
A near collision with her brother caught on film!
And she's off!
One proud lil' lady and two proud parents!
So thankful I haven't had to miss any milestones of the kids' this past year!

T-ball Comes to a Close!!

Well, Jake and I tag-teamed it this summer and I took over the reigns coaching Andray and Roslyn in t-ball.
They had a fun group of kiddos on their team with LOTS of energy!

Kids had fun running the bases at every practice!

Roslyn rounding 2nd!

Batter up!

Low defensive player ;)

Both kids missed "picture night" because we were on vacation at the lake.
Andray and Roz were excited to have their own "home made" photo shoot last week!

Thankful I got to coach the kids this summer.
Another summer of t-ball in the books!

Catfish Days Never Disappoints!

Yet another AMAZING Catfish Derby Days weekend in the books. I absolutely love playing vball with this crew.
Another 2nd place finish...not too shabby for a group of 30-year olds who only play once a year together!
Yes...we noodled the Catfish!
On Sunday our kids participated in the Kiddie Parade!
Lots of fun throwing out candy to the local  Franklin community!
Ayden was so proud to hold Carrine in the wagon...PRICELESS!
Throwing out candy...lots of fun!
Thanks to all Veterans. ..both living and gone.
So glad mom came to watch the kids in the parade!
Our big kids hugging each other before the Tractor Pull competition began to wish each other good luck!
We were so proud of Roslyn.  She did a full pull and got called back for the tie-breaker!
She missed the 3rd place trophy by 2 feet!
Roz wasn't sad though.
She earned her Dr. Pepper and got to hug the Miss Franklin princess!
Andray did his farthest tractor pull too!
So happy for him!
So thankful I got to spend time with my dad for his birthday this weekend.
Andray and Roslyn decorated his bday cake...complete with licorice!
Love and respect my dad more every day.  Thanks for being the BEST father a child could ask for and incredible Papa to our children.

And two more of our Godchildren celebrated birthdays this week!  Time needs to slow down!

What a great weekend!

Take Me Out to the Ball Game!

Roslyn got to go to her first Minnesota Twins baseball game last weekend at Target Field.
We had perfect weather and great company.
Was an AWESOME day!

In no particular order...we got some great photos to capture our day.
Target Field is quite the venue!

Best part of going to a Sunday afternoon game is the kids get to RUN THE BASES on the field afterwards!
They were so excited to run!

And they're off!

Jolene and I with our girls. Just missing Carrine (and she was missed!)

Fab Four

One of Andray's 1st glance of the field.

Rounding 2nd...so fun.

All smiles after running the bases!

Andray heading to Home Plate!

One of my favorite pictures from the day.
Andray staring out onto the field after nearly everyone had emptied the stadium.
PRICELESS!

Our boys.

The visiting team's bus.
Fun to be underneath the stadium seats.

Yep, Jake had the camera at this time ;)

Was a great day with Jolene and her family.

Roslyn's 1st time running the bases at Target Field.

We love Kirby Puckett!

TC

What a sight!

All Kendra wanted was a bag of cotton candy!
Score!

Hard day's work at the ball field ;)

(Yes, the stains came out!)

Roslyn was impressed with the big gold glove!

Girls had fun together!

Eating ice cream!

Man alive we missed Carrine at the game.
But she was much happier with Papa and Gma Stang - thank you for watching her!

Walking on the field.

Sweet

Had a great day with the Lueck's! Thankful for all of them!

Lunch time!

Keagan is so great with our kids.

Another fav pic

Roz rounding 2nd...too cute!

Roz heading home!

And she made it!

Pounds to Kirby!

A World War II veteran raised the flag during the National Anthem.
Tear-jerking.

What a sight.
Glad we could share with Roslyn her first trip to Target Field.
Was a fun and memorable day!
