I Love My Family!!!

I truly have the best husband and kids in the world. While I was gone all weekend at work (34 hours from Friday to Sunday), Jake took care of the kids and did a fabulous job! Roz is now strong enough to sit in the Bumbo chair (thanks Godmom Rhonda for lending it to us before Neely needs to use it). She did a great job in the chair and even Andray found time to use it, ha! We are doing well, Andray continues to love running around the house with the fly swatter, and Roz is cooing more and more...so fun! Have a good week everyone! Oh, and Happy 33rd Birthday to my lovely cousin Kristen Salonek....we miss you! Love, the Stang's
Jake thinks Roz looks like Dr. Evil on Austin Powers when he says "one million $" with his pinky in his mouth on the movie...pretty funny stuff Roz.
Our beautiful baby girl is getting so big!
My heart just melts when Roz looks at me and smiles!
Andray's new best friend, the fly swatter! Can't make it up!
Andray also loves to play music on his new keyboard (which I found at a garage sale...garage sales are the best!)
Saturday morning Andray found my press pass from Friday night's hockey game in St. Paul and he wore it around holding his banana before breakfast...so funny. Hopefully Andray won't be a future SID like his mom and have to work crazy hours, ha!
While I was taking photos of Roslyn, Andray kept saying, "Uh, Uh..." So I finally looked at him and he just smiled, which I'm assuming meant he wanted his photo taken too...what a card! And so photogenic like his dad!
Dray also loves to run around the house with a ball in his hand. If you can't tell, he's completely in heaven in this photo, his fly swatter in one hand and his red ball in the other! Such a boy!
Well, it's been about a year since Andray last sat in the Bumbo chair, but of course once I took Roz out of the chair, he had to try it out himself. It was tight quarters for him, and needless to say, was the last time he tried sitting in the chair yesterday! Jake thought Andray's voice was a "little higher" when he was sitting in it and Jake just said, "save the family jewels Little Man!"
So funny.

...And Hockey Begins In September

I just can't believe hockey is starting already at SCSU. Just when I think I can't get any busier at work, Division I women's hockey starts in September and now I'm just completely overwhelmed! At least Roz was smiling in her SCSU Hockey t-shirt this morning. Have a great weekend everyone. I will be at work from Friday-Sunday and will miss Jake and the kids dearly. Oh, I need a new job! Love you all, the Stang's

Hard to believe Roz is big enough to wear this outfit already...wow time flies.

Our beautiful baby girl at 4 months of age, her smile lights up a room!

I just love my baby girl soooooooooooooooooooooooo much! Hard to imagine what life was like without her.

Our Baby Girl Is 4 Months Old!

Well, Roslyn Ann is four months old already! Where does the time go? She did great getting her shots today, and her big brother Andray lucked out for his 18 month appointment. The clinic was out of flu shot vaccinations, so we'll have to head back at a later date. So he got to watch Roz get her shots and he just stared at her while she cried, pretty cute. Also, Jake and I just got back from Stacy Heiling's wedding in Santa Barbara, California! It was a great trip, so happy we made it. Jenny Erickson, another classmate of ours, also made the trip with her boyfriend, we had a great time and drank too many marguaritas and beers, ha! Have a great week everyone, Love - the Stang's

Grant and Stacy (Heiling) Bostrom...the newly weds.
Here Grant waits for Stacy to walk down the isle...it was his first glance of her on their wedding day, so special!
They were married in a rose garden on the grounds of a very historic Mission Church. Talk about the most beautiful setting, with the mountains in the background and the most perfect breeze for a perfect couple/wedding...it was awesome!

Stacy's parents...Steve and Sandy....were so PROUD of Stacy, as they should be! They both walked her down the isle and seem so excited to have Grant join the family!

Here is the Mission Church behind us, along with the mountains. It was a beautiful setting.

Jenny and her boyfriend Blaine were so fun to hang out with! We had a blast decorating the reception site with them, and an even better time partying it up at the dance!

The three girls from good ole Redwood Falls.
I'm so grateful I could be there for Stacy's big day...she was an absolutely BEAUTIFUL bride!

It's Football Season!!

Well, the kids got to watch their first football game of the season on Sunday afternoon and they were decked out in their Vikings apparel....Andray just loves to watch the games, and Roz enjoyed herself on the couch in her cheerleading outfit. Have a great week everyone, GO VIKES!..undefeated baby (1-0).
Thanks Auntie Rachel and Uncle John for the awesome Vike's outfit for Roslyn! It fits her perfect.
Andray has so much fun pointing out all of Roslyn's facial parts...here he's pointing at her "ears", or maybe tugging on them, ha! Either way, Roz thinks it's funny!
Andray found one of my old cameras in a cupboard and he loves to carry it around and say, "Cheese!"
Andray also loves to be pushed around in the clothes hamper. And he loves to look at himself in the mirror and say "Hi" or give himself a "Pound" in the mirror, so funny!

Little Man is 18 Months Old!

Remembering all of those who fell on 9-11 and all the families affected by that day...already eight years ago. Thanks to all people who fight for our freedom!

What an amazing year and a half it's been with Andray Paul. He truly is a gift from God.

Hard to believe Roslyn Ann is three months old already too. She's growing like a weed and talking more and more every day. She also is a gift from God!
