Go Vikes!

Andray just wanted to say, "Go Vikes" tonight!

This is the outfit that the 1996 Redwood Valley volleyball team gave Drew Hmielewski when he was born almost 12 years ago...unreal.

A friend of ours brought this t-shirt back for Andray from Lake Placid...Andray's excited to wear it! Thought you'd all like it since the Olympics just got over. Have a great weekend!

Daddy Daycare Comes to an End...

Hello everyone - hope all is well. Daddy Daycare officially ended yesterday as Jake returned to school for workshops this week. Andray was a champ back at daycare for the first time since May...so that was reassuring for Jake and I. I'm not going to lie, it was still difficult to drop him off, but somewhat easier than the first time dropping him off in May. Needless to say, I didn't cry the entire way to work yesterday like I did in May! Jake and Andray had a wonderful summer together at home. Take care everyone...love you all,

Jake, Celest and Andray Paul

Dad and Andray just before dropping him off at daycare...Andray was so funny that morning, he kept looking at Jake like, "Why are you getting ready too?"

Andray wondering why all three of us were leaving so early in the morning together...he did great at daycare though!

Although it's so difficult to drop them off at daycare, we know he enjoys the "socialization" part of it!

Andray loves his jammies and his prayer bunny from his cousin Isa and Auntie Megan and Uncle Aaron!

Our Little Man in his Sunday Best! He looks so old in his star shoes and colared shirt!

Gotta love chomping on cold washclothes when your gums hurt!

Go Huskies!

Well, the wonderful athletic season at St. Cloud State is upon us and things are getting crazier than ever at work. Andray just wanted to let everyone know he supports his mom in her profession and he's excited to make it to a few events this year! Go Huskies!

Another Amazing Week...

Hi All - hope you had a good week. We had a busy one, but a special one. We got to spend some time with Jake's family members on Friday night. Then headed to Redwood on Saturday morning for a Frank Reunion and a send off for my cousin Kristen who's heading oversees for 6 weeks. We also got to head to Olivia and visit Gram on the farm, which is always a special time. And on Monday Andray and I made the trip to Spicer to meet Lilli Kate for the first time. So good to see everyone, have a super week...we love you all.
Jake, Celest and Andray Paul

Four generations of Rausch's....Grandma Rausch, Andray, Jake and his mom Sandy.
Andray is on the move, scooting around and loves to grab toys and blankets!
Mom and Dad just can't get enough of Andray! Hanging out on the deck before church Sunday morning.
Andray got these shoes from Jake's college roommate Dan and his wife Lindsay! Thanks so much, they fit perfect and are size 6-12 month! Andray really does have big feet!
Andray loves hanging out with his Godfather Jacob.
Good luck Cousin Kristen on your trip!
Dad and Jake were letting Andray smell the flowers, so cute!

Andray loved watching his great aunts and uncles play cards on Saturday!

Jake, Andray and Chip (dog) at Gram's farmsite in Olivia on Sunday....if you've never been out there, it's immaculate, and that's an understatement.

Andray's great aunt Susie holding him, while Gram and Jake visited. Gram's rock garden is in the background and it's so beautiful. Don't know how Gram continues to keep the farm looking so amazing year after year.

It's "tradition" that all the grandchildren and great grandchildren get a bath in Gram's and Gpa's kitchen sink in the basement. We were so happy to stop at Gram's on the way home and give Andray his "traditional" bath! He loved it!

I just couldn't resist having Andray in his Duke apparel on Sunday. Here, Andray is in the basement of Gram and Gpa's house. Gpa always hated Duke and loved to bug me when they'd lose. So I thought Gpa must just be stirring up in heaven that Andray is in his house with a Duke shirt on....puts a smile on my face just thinking about it.

Lilli Kate Peters...so precious.

Such tiny hands...

Kids just grow up so fast...I'm holding Andray (5 months), Cassie has Lilli (4 days old) and Jason has Gracie (15 months).

It was so amazing to hold a newborn again. Lilli was soooooooooo tiny, hard to believe Andray was a pound less when he was born.

Just a comparison to see how tiny Lilli really is. The volleyball was huge next to her!

Gracie is a good big sister and cousin...she had a blast playing with Andray's toes!

Lilli Kate Peters is Here!

Hello all - My cousin Cassie and her husband Jason had a little girl this morning at 3:53 a.m....Lilli Kate (after Gram) was 8 lbs., 2 oz., and 20 in. long...she has dark hair like her older sister Gracie Raye (who is 15 months old), but is lighter complected like her oldest sister Whitney (8 years). Cass is doing great, the entire labor from start to finish was 2 hours, and she only pushed for 6 minutes, so Lily was definitely ready to come out! Enjoy the photos, proud Papa Dennis sent them out already this morning by email...have a great weekend everyone! And HAPPY BELATED B-DAY TO MY HUBBY! Jake turned the big 27 yesterday, and the three of us had a great dinner together last night...Andray wore a shirt all day that said, "My Dad Rocks." Gotta love it.

Love you all!

Celest, Jake and Andray Paul

p.s., hard to believe Andray's not the youngest in our family anymore! wow that goes fast!

The newest mom of our family, Cassie, and her beautiful new baby, Lily Kate.

The newest Grandma of our family, Aunt Susie, and Lily Kate. We can't wait to meet her!

Ann and our Godson Andrew came to visit on Tuesday/Wednesday of this week. Andray loved having Andrew around!

Andrew even helped put Andray's nuk back in for him...what a great friend!

I love my Godson soooooooooooooooooooo much!

Andray says, "Happy Birthday Daddy!"

Andray loves his Dad...it's pretty neat to see those two interact with each other! Jake is a great dad!

5 Months Old....

Hey everyone - another great week of fun and laughter for us this past week, and Andray officially turned 5 months old yesterday on the 11th. So hard to believe how fast time is going! Andray is a ton of fun, laughs almost all of the time, is starting to roll a little, and working on sitting up. Every day he changes we swear. Jake had a good weekend too, he played in a family softball tournament from Friday-Sunday, so we had great weather and it was fun to watch. We also go to watch our nieces Skyler and Ella....lots of fun. Have a great week everyone, enjoy what's left of the summer...
Love, the Stang's

Andray's 5 month old photo...hard to believe he used to be smaller than Gpa Shorty's bear!

The Stang's...

Oops, forgot to flip the photo, but you get the point. Mom came up Friday night so she could be here on Saturday to measure the nieces that she's making dresses for for Rachel and John's wedding in October. Mom came with to Jake's softball game on Friday night in Luxemburg. Andray had a ton of fun watching the games while sitting on "Granma's" lap.

Like Father...Like Son...

Andray was definitely on "Dad's Team" this weekend...

He even had a baseball on his butt! sooooooooooooooo cute....

Andray had some crazy hair going on Friday when mom got to our place...honestly, if we don't comb it down after he takes a bath, it sticks straight up like a mohock!

Andray now pulls the blanket over his head when he sleeps sometimes. His cousin Mya does the exact same thing!

Another Great Wedding Come and Gone...

Hi Everyone - hope you had a great weekend. The three of us had a blast and are still tired from the festivities! Josh and Jolene's wedding went off with a hitch on Friday! And now that I've experienced a Friday wedding, I'm kind of a fan because we had all day Saturday and Sunday to recover! Ha! But in all seriousness, Josh and Jolene's wedding was beautiful and it was such an honor to be such a special part of their BIG DAY! Thanks to Ann, Andrew and Chad for watching Andray during the day on Friday while my parents, Jake and I were at the wedding. Andray and Andrew had a blast together...you can tell from the photos. My family also go to head up to my Uncle Billy's and Aunt Mary's home on Sunday after church for lunch and it was so great for Andray to finally meet them, and their kitties! Have a great week everyone, and we're still working on rolling over with Andray. He's so much fun and such a wonderful miracle from heaven!

Love, the Stang's

Andray was so happy to hang out with his buddy Andrew on Friday afternoon!

Two peas in a pod! Of course Ann put Andrew in his North Carolina shirt just to spite us! Ha, we weren't thinking, should've had Andray in his Duke apparel!

I stopped at Ann and Chad's on Thursday night after the Groom's Dinner to see Andrew for his b-day! He was so fun to play catch with. He even has a jump shot now on his mini hoop! So adorable!

When Jake dropped Andray off on Friday before the wedding he gave Andrew his b-day gift...a baseball glove. Andrew seemed to like it a lot...he was just super tired when Jake got there, and needless to say went down shortly after for a nap...

What a smile! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, we just love him sooooooooooooooo much!

Apparently Andray loves to lick basketballs now...good stuff.

Jolene walking down the isle to see Josh for the first time at the altar...pretty special to be there to witness that! Her dress was beautiful!

The Lueck's...Keagan (3 yrs), Jolene and Josh...

The three "Madsen" girls and me...love these girls like sisters! Friday was also Jenny's 29th b-day...what a great party we had!

Me and Jolene...

Jake and I had a great time at the reception and dance together...hard not to have fun at a wedding in Redwood County!

Em and Jackie were there too! Jackie sang at the ceremony and did a fabulous job and Em helped the pianist with the music...so fun to catch up with old friends again!

Jolene just had four usherettes in her wedding and I was fortunate to be one of them. The four of us usherettes had a lot of fun...good times!

Papa Larry and Andray on Sunday morning after church...dad let Andray smell the Blackeyed Susan flowers and he got yellow pollin all over his little face...it was so cute!

Aunt Mary holding Andray for the first time....

Andray and Gma Carol at Billy and Mary's on Sunday. Andray likes to be outside!

Andray got to take his afternoon nap on Aunt Mary's lap...they both were in heaven!

Andray was fascinated by all the kitties at Billy and Mary's. I think the cats were fascinated by him as well!

Uncle Jacob sure does love his little Godson....

Andray petted the kitties for the first time in his life...he seemed pretty confused! ha!

Papa Larry and Uncle Jacob were working with Andray on his walking skills this weekend.

Thanks again Billy and Mary for having us over! We love you soooooooooooo much!
