Harvest Celebration a Success!!!!!

This past weekend our school completed a successful Harvest Celebration!
The countless volunteer hours are truly WORTH IT for the funds raised to help improve our educational opportunities for our children.

Very thankful to be on the Board for this amazing event.

We've been saving all year to have the opportunity to bid on Andray and Roslyn's class projects at the live auction. So incredibly thankful that we were able to "win" (as Roz would say) and bring home their 2nd grade and 3rd grade projects. As Jake scratched his head the night of the event during the live auction, I was all smiles knowing how happy the big kids would be!

Quite the "retro" pillow that's been added to our living room decor :)

We were the bartenders for the first half of the night...BEST job ever. Got to see and visit with everyone!

Had the distinct privilege of being in charge of the raffle tickets/money/prizes again this year.
Quite the job handed down to me by our amazing neighbor Sue! Always learning more and more and thankful I had my mom's help last week getting it all done and accounted for!

Jake's parents won a raffle prize, so awesome!

Our beloved Father Bob came back to support the school and kiddos!
Yep, he jumped in behind the bar to "save" the keg!
Gotta love it...one of the best priests out there!

I'm definitely making a canvas like this for our family, and Frank and Stang grandkids...too special not to re-create!

The class projects and live auction items were amazing this year!

The donations and volunteer man hours are incredible to make this event a success!

A special THANK YOU to Greg and the kitchen crew for the amazing food that was prepared and served at the event.

Our kitchen is hoping to get new trays with the tip money!

A special thanks to Jake's parents for donating bails of hay and corn stocks for decorations!
They were perfect!

The girls were a great help setting up for the event with the silent auction and raffle tickets!

My dad's Duke blue bean bag boards got put to good use!

Silent auction donations were over-whelming!

My raffle ticket helpers...they were fantastic!

My dad saw this table and it's on his "bucket list" to make next summer with Andray in the wood shop!  Was an absolutely breath-taking donation to the live auction!

Was an AMAZING night with an amazing group of people from church and school.

Jake and I have already said we plan to come back every year and bartend...such a fun job!
