Good Friday, the Ultimate Sacrifice

Good Friday is here...the most solemn and humbling day in our Christian FAITH.

Thankful that Jesus made the ultimate sacrifice to save us from our sins and give us a chance at eternal life in Heaven.

Holy Thursday is Here...Let's Go Duke!!!

Holy Thursday is here...unreal that Easter is almost among us!

Last weekend we got to watch Duke out-last Yale and advance to the Sweet 16!

Nothing better than watching basketball in my parent's basement with our feet up against the fireplace...

Heaven on earth.

We were pumped with the victory!

Now Duke is back on the court today to face No. 1 seeded Oregon.

Going to be a tough game tonight but we're excited to cheer on the Blue Devils as a family!

LET'S GO DUKE!!!

March Madness is Among Us...Best Time of the Year!!!!!

Ah...the BEST time of the year is among us.

Happy March Madness everyone!

Hard to believe it's been a year since Jake and I last visited Duke and officially met the Cameron Crazies!

And what a trip that was...sad to say, this is the FIRST YEAR IN MY LIFE that I wasn't loyal to Duke and didn't pick them to win it all this year and go Back to Back Champs!

Injuries killed the Blue Devils this year!

Andray swung the pendulum in our family and chose Duke's arch-rival...North Carolina...to win it all! Pretty sure his Godmother had some influence on that decision! 

Roslyn is my loyal girl and went with Duke all the way...Go Blue Devils!

CC stayed loyal as well and put a big X on UNC...no influence by me on that decision :)

We worked hard doing our bracketology tonight as a family.

Hard to believe but I went with Kansas this year to take home the gold!

Good luck to all, going to be a great tourney full of upsets!

3 years ago Carrine experienced her first March Madness weekend...only 2 weeks old at the time.

Doesn't seem possible that 3 years have passed already...but she definitely fits right in with the CRAZINESS of this time of year!

What an unbelievable feeling becoming a parent for the first time.

We definitely couldn't have asked for a better first child and son!

Woke up to balloons everywhere in the house this morning!

Earlier this week Andray got to celebrate with his buddies from school and sisters of course!

Was very fortunate to travel home last weekend to celebrate early with my Gram and family.
