Nothing Better Than Being on Gram's Farm

This past Sunday I was able to bring the kids to my Gram's farm for Roslyn's "traditional" bath in Grandpa and Gram's kitchen sink in their basement. Roz loved the bath! Even Andray wanted to take another bath in the sink! I just love spending time with my Gram!

I think Gram enjoyed giving Roz the "traditional" bath in her kitchen sink. Every one of Grandpa and Gram's grandchildren have taken a bath in this sink, and now the great grandchildren get their special baths in the sink. I love family tradition!

On the way home, we drove into an approach on Uncle Jeff's field to see not just one, but 3 combines. Andray was in heaven! Just wish he could've gotten out of the car to ride in one. Some day though!

Wish It Could Stay Summer Forever...

I had just another fantastic weekend with the kids. On Monday we were able to go watch Jake play softball. Andray loved being at the ball park!

Andray loved running the bases after Jake's 1st game...so fun!

My good friend Grethe drove to my mom and dad's to visit on Sunday. It was amazing to finally meet her baby girl Leah!

The kids loved playing on the Gator and taking rides with their Grandfathers.

Andray and Roslyn both enjoyed picking raspberries with their Papa and Gma on Sunday!

What An Incredible Week...

Wow, it's been an amazing week. Jake turned 29 last week so we threw him a surprise party. Two days later we started potty training Andray, and the following day Roslyn got her first hair cut! Ah, the kids are growing up way too fast! Have a great week everyone! Love, the Stang's

Roslyn was a champ while getting her hair cut in Watkins for the 1st time. Thanks to Godmom Rhonda for coming along to hold Roz!

The summer has been quite hot lately and the kids love running through the sprinkler on hot days!

This past Sunday we started potty training Andray. He's been a champ...just hope it continues to go well.

Andray is such a guy! I showed him just once how to use one chair as a foot rest to "relax," next thing I know he's out on the front lawn with both green chairs relaxing with his feet up....that's our boy!


Roslyn is thoroughly enjoying WALKING now! She loves to get Andray's golf clubs out of his bag and walk around with them. She can actually hit the ball pretty good too! LPGA, here we come, ha!

Jake brought Ella to a movie for her 6th birthday! They both loved the Toy Story movie!

The kids love to stand by the sliding door and look outside at the birds in the back yard! It's been too dang hot to bring the kids outside lately!

Summer Fun

One of my newest favorite sentences that Andray says, "Mommy, where are you? Daddy, where are you?" Love being home with the kids in the summer, it's amazing!
