A Great 2nd B-day for Andray...Plus DUKE WINS the ACC Tourney!!!!

Well, after both kids finally started feeling better Saturday night, we decided to still have Jake's family over for lunch/supper on Sunday. And I'm so glad we did. Andray loved seeing his Gpa/Gma, cousins and Aunties/Uncles again. Hard to believe Andray is 2 already, and also hard to believe how much our family has changed in just one year. Enjoy the photos and have a great week! Go Duke...#1 ranking, hopefully they can handle the pressure! We love March Madness! Love, the Stang's
Andray a year ago on his 1st B-day party...I was 7 1/2 months pregnant with Roslyn at the time. Crazy stuff.
Dray's cake...he loved the dump truck on it....super cool!
The Stang Cousins (L to R): Skyler, Ella, Mya, Andray, Roslyn and Neely.
Andray was pretty pumped to eat cake and finally get his truck off his cake! ha!
Cheese!
Andray had so much fun playing outside with Papa Steve and his Godmom Sarah...tons of fun!
Andray was beyond excited to open his new "golf club set" from Gma Sandy and Papa Steve! He even "kissed his club" in both photos, can't make it up! Thanks so much Gma and Papa for the awesome gift!
Hopefully Andray doesn't hit his sister too much this summer with his back swing.
Ella is an awesome big cousin and loves holding the babies, so sweet!
My newest favorite photo of Roslyn with a grandparent...precious.
Andray could've gone down the slide all day if we would've let him!
Andray posing for a photo for big cousin Skyler! Hilarious head band too by the way that Dray wore, have no idea where that came from, too funny!
Skyler lost her two front teeth now....now she can officially sing the xmas song..."All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth!" ha!

Happy 2nd Birthday Andray Paul!!

Happy 2nd Birthday to our wonderful son Andray Paul! We love you Little Man!

Andray opening his gift this morning from "auntie" Heather and "uncle" Adam! Thanks Kay's for the awesome summer clothes for Andray, he loves the "blue & red" shorts!

Roz didn't want to miss out on the action. Although I think she was more interested in the balloons than Dray's gift, ha!

We now know that Roz loves balloons, so exciting!

Jake's school was 2-hours late this morning due to the fog, so he got to be home with us when Andray woke up! Dray was so excited about all the balloons everywhere! And Jake got quite the "work out" in throwing the balloons up in the air. It was hillarious to watch!

ANDRAY'S 2-YEAR PHOTO SHOOT

I brought Andray to JCPenny yesterday to have his 2-year photos taken. For the majority of the time, he was a "deer stuck in the head lights" (no smiles)...but at least the photographer caught a couple smiles! He's sooooooooooooooooo HANDSOME!

One of my all-time favorites...a very special bear for a very special little boy...we miss you GRANDPA SHORTY! Think of you every day!

Can you say "high school graduation" photos? ha!

Seriously....Little Man or BIG Man? He's growing up way too fast!

And those adorable cheeks and eye lashes...love you Buddy!

Sibling Love...

Andray is such a great "big brother!" He loves to kiss Roz and put his head close to her's. Only he got a little "too" close this time...OUCH! Have a great week everyone, hard to believe our baby boy will be 2 years old tomorrow. Love, the Stang's

A Great Weekend Home with the Kids!!!!

Oh, this weekend was so much fun! No hockey to be at and working from home updating softball, so I actually got to be a MOM! Andray and Roslyn really do have fun playing together and Andray loves to kiss Roz...it's pretty sweet. Hope you all are well. Jake got laryngitis last week and now has pink eye. Just praying our household gets healthy soon! Love, the Stang's
Friday night Rachel and John graciously had us all over for a "fish fry." Roslyn and Neely were both pretty tired, so Auntie/Godmom Rhonda rocked Roz to sleep while Auntie Sarah rocked Neely Pooh to sleep...it was pretty cute watching those aunties "rock" synchronized!
The weather has finally been nice! Sunday was so great. Andray and I got to play outside on the driveway for a while after church. He loves his army coat and hat! Cried when we had to come in for lunch. He's just getting way too big!

The kids are so much fun...hard to imagine life without them.
Roz is doing better with tummy time, just in no hurry to bend her knees and actually start crawling!
DUKE had an awesome 82-50 victory over UNC on Saturday night! I had the kids all dressed up in their Duke apparel Saturday. Must have been good luck. Was the first time in five years that Duke had beaten UNC in Cameron (sports info for ya!).
Roz cheering for Duke, way too excited!
Dray would look at bball on the TV occasionally, but mainly stuck to playing with his tool bench. He loves his hammer and nails! What a boy!

Home With a Sick Roslyn...

Poor lil' Roz now has an ear infection and bronchitis, so she's on a nebulizer and antibiotics. She's been a champ though taking all the meds, just isn't sleeping the best. We just pray that she continues to get better quickly. The best part is she keeps smiling...love her smile!
Roz loves stealing her daddy's remote controller too!

Hockey Season Cut Short...

Well, Jake and my dad brought Andray to his first hockey game ever on Friday night! Andray was good luck for the Huskies as they shutout Bemidji State that night 3-0. I was so happy to see Jake, Dad and Andray that night at work, so nice of them to come. Despite the big win on Friday night, SCSU then lost games on Saturday and Sunday, so their season is now over. Sad to see the team lose, and really can't believe Jake and I survived another hockey season! Andray had a blast at the NHC, now we'll have to take him to a men's game! Have a great week everyone! Love, the Stang's
Jake...such a proud dad...so sweet.
Andray kept calling the nets "hoops!"...so we explained that this was hockey, not basketball.
Andray also loved the Zambonies...called them "Choo Choo Trains!" Can't make it up!
Of course, my dad hooked Andray up with some popcorn, and we spoiled Andray with apple juice too! Andray kept looking up at me the in press box and showing me his sippy cup, saying "juice!" He was way too excited!
The kids were both still sick this weekend. I had to work a ton (40 hours in 3 days), so when I was home, the kids were busy helping me get my work done. Even Roz loves helping me on my laptop now! It's so adorable!

We didn't bring the kids to church this weekend, mainly to keep them from spreading sicknesses. Andray cried when I went to church without him. So I brought him home a bulletin and no lie, he climbed up on the kitchen chair and opened up the bulletin and read it like an adult would, it was so funny!
What a BIG BOY! He even has his coffee cup near by! Too funny.
